Due to high volume of interest we will book vendors on first come first serve basis.
Payment must be made once you are confirmed. In order to avoid competition, we will not double book businesses with similar products.

Participation Fees:

Vendor Sales Allowed. 

Performers: include your info above


Craft/Product Vendor: $75 PARTICIPATION FEE

Resource Station (No Sales): $35 PARTICIPATION FEE

Non-Profit Resource Station: FREE (proof required)

It is required for you to participate for FULL TIME of the event.

Q & A

Why pay a participation fee?

Marketing is not FREE. We have to cover our costs to maintain this website, print media and marketing signs, banners, etc.

Do I need to bring my own tables/tents/chairs:

Your space is 10x10. NO TENTS. We will provide 1-2 tables and 2 chairs.

If I cancel, can I get a refund?

There will be no refunds after you pay and marketing has begun.

We can credit you to participate in our next pop-up event.
