Trick-or Treat and Fun will Be Outdoors

Food Vendor: $100 PARTICIPATION FEE

Craft/Product Vendor: $50 PARTICIPATION FEE

Game / Treat Station: FREE to Participate

To help make this a successful event, we ask that you plan to

participate for FULL TIME of the event.

Q & A

Why pay a participation fee?

Marketing is not FREE. We have to cover our costs to maintain this website, print media and marketing signs, banners, etc. Payment must be made within 24 hours of your approved participation.

Do I need to bring my own tables/tents/chairs:

YES. Please bring no more than 2 tables and 2 chairs.

If I cancel, can I get a refund?

There will be no refunds after you pay and marketing has begun.

We can credit you to participate in our next pop-up event.
